Syncromate LLC ("Syncromate," "we," "us," or "our") operates the following services:

Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Account information: Name, email address, phone number, organization name
- Payment information: Credit/debit card details (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
- Event data: Event names, dates, locations, airports, traveler information, flight details
- Communications: Emails, SMS messages, and support requests you send us
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, device type, browser type
- Flight data: We query third-party flight data providers (AeroDataBox, AviationStack, FlightAware) using airline codes and flight numbers you provide to retrieve arrival/departure times and status
- SMS data: Message content and delivery metadata (including delivery status and carrier error codes) for SMS messages sent through our platform via Twilio
Information from Third Parties
- Stripe: Payment processing status, card details (brand, last 4 digits)
- Supabase: Authentication and database services
- Twilio: SMS delivery status and carrier information
- Flight data providers: Real-time flight status, delays, cancellations, terminal assignments
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our platforms (SeatMax, GetCalendario, and Let's Mahj Together)
- Coordinate shared ride assignments for your events
- Send transactional SMS messages (landing confirmations, ride coordination, group texts)
- Process payments and send receipts
- Send email notifications (invitations, ride assignments, flight alerts)
- Monitor and improve platform security
- Comply with legal obligations
SMS/Text Messaging
SMS messaging is optional. By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive transactional text messages from SeatMax related to event coordination. You may use SeatMax without opting in to SMS.
Messages may include:
- Phone number verification codes
- Ride assignment and reassignment notifications
- Landing confirmation requests after your flight arrives
- Group ride coordination messages connecting you with your co-riders
- Pre-flight check-in messages before your departure
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies based on event activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS message content and delivery status may be reviewed by Syncromate administrators for service quality, troubleshooting, and technical support purposes. SMS logs are retained for 30 days following the message send date and are then permanently deleted.
Let's Mahj Together
Let's Mahj Together is a social matchmaking service that connects mahjong players in the same area. In addition to the general information described above, we may collect:
- Approximate location: City, neighborhood, or ZIP/postal code to match you with nearby players. We do not track precise GPS location.
- Player profile: Display name, skill level, preferred variants (e.g., American, Chinese, Hong Kong), and availability windows you choose to share.
- Matchmaking activity: Games you join, players you connect with, and messages exchanged through the platform.
Your profile information is visible only to other Let's Mahj Together members you are matched with. You control what appears on your profile and can hide or delete it at any time from your account settings. We do not share your contact details with other players unless you explicitly opt in to a match.

Data Security
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+). We use Supabase's Row Level Security (RLS) and service-role authentication to enforce data isolation between organizations. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
Data Retention
- Account data: Retained while your account is active; deleted within 30 days of account deletion
- Event data: Retained while the event exists; permanently deleted when the event is deleted
- SMS logs: Retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted
- Audit logs: Retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted
- Payment records: Retained for 7 years per financial compliance requirements
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and associated data
- Export your data (CSV export available for events and riders)
- Opt out of SMS communications at any time
