These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services operated by Syncromate LLC ("Syncromate," "we," "us," or "our"), including:
By accessing or using any Syncromate service, you agree to these Terms.
SeatMax is a web-based platform that helps event planners coordinate ground transportation for corporate events. The service groups travelers arriving on different flights into optimized shared rides, reducing transport costs and coordination effort. Features include flight tracking, automatic traveler grouping, vehicle assignment, and notifications via SMS, Slack, or email.
GetCalendario is a calendar and scheduling platform operated by Syncromate LLC. Additional product-specific terms may apply.
Let's Mahj Together is a social matchmaking platform that connects mahjong players in the same area to form complete games. Additional product-specific terms may apply.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
SMS messaging is optional. By providing your phone number and checking the "SMS text messages" preference during account setup, you consent to receive transactional SMS (text messages) from SeatMax related to your event participation. You may use SeatMax without opting in to SMS.
Messages may include:
Message frequency: Varies based on event activity. Typically 1–5 messages per event day.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message from SeatMax to opt out. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You may also update your contact preferences in your account settings.
Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at support@syncromate.com.
Supported carriers: SeatMax SMS is supported on all major US and Canadian carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent: By providing your phone number, you confirm that you are the account holder for that number or have authorization from the account holder to receive SMS messages at that number. Your phone number will not be sold, rented, or shared for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase or use of the SeatMax service.
Message logging: SMS message content and delivery metadata (including delivery status and carrier error codes) are logged for up to 30 days for service quality, troubleshooting, and technical support purposes. These logs may be reviewed by Syncromate administrators to diagnose delivery issues.
SeatMax charges a flat 25% fee on verified ride savings. "Verified savings" means the difference between the baseline cost of individual solo rides (UberX fare per traveler) and the actual cost of shared vehicles coordinated by SeatMax.
Enterprise organizations (4+ events per year under contract) may qualify for a reduced 20% rate. Contact sales@syncromate.com for details.
Charges are triggered when coordination is completed — defined as:
You must have a valid credit or debit card on file to use Pro features (events with 11+ travelers). Charges are processed automatically via Stripe after your event ends. You will receive an itemized receipt email with a link to your full invoice.
If a charge fails, your organization account will be temporarily locked until payment is resolved. You can update your payment method and retry from your Organization Settings page.
SeatMax uses third-party flight data providers (AeroDataBox, AviationStack, FlightAware) to retrieve real-time flight status information. This data is provided for coordination purposes only. SeatMax does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of flight data. For official flight status, travelers should check directly with the airline or airport.
Let's Mahj Together is a social platform for connecting mahjong players. When using the service, you agree to:
Syncromate LLC is a matchmaking facilitator only. We do not organize, supervise, or participate in any meetups, games, or interactions arranged through Let's Mahj Together. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, and we make no representations about the identity, conduct, or suitability of any player matched through the service. Syncromate LLC is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from interactions between users.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account that violates these conduct standards or that other users report in good faith.
SeatMax is a coordination tool. We do not operate vehicles, employ drivers, or guarantee ride availability. Ride dispatch links connect to third-party services (Uber, Lyft) and are subject to their terms and availability.
Syncromate LLC's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of SeatMax shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
All content, features, and functionality of SeatMax (including software, text, graphics, logos, and design) are owned by Syncromate LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
Your use of SeatMax is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained per our Privacy Policy's data retention schedule.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of SeatMax after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
